Page size
Page size never lowers image quality.
Orientation
Turns the page, not the image.
Scale
Use Fit for documents and screenshots. Cropped edges are hidden, not deleted, so crop anything private first.
Output
Your browser may ask to allow several downloads.
Formats

| JPG, JPEG, JFIF | Added as-is, with no quality loss. Rotated phone photos are re-saved upright. |
| PNG | Lossless, and transparency is kept. The file size may grow. |
| WEBP, BMP | Converted to JPG. Transparent areas turn white. |
| HEIC, GIF, TIFF, SVG | Not supported. Convert to JPG or PNG first. |
JPG photos keep their metadata in the PDF, such as the camera, date and GPS location. Remove it first if you don't want to share it.

Known limitations
- The merger takes two PDFs. For more, merge the result with the next file.
- Password-protected PDFs can't be merged.
- Bookmarks and form fields may be lost when merging.
- Once loaded, the page works offline, but it can't be reloaded offline.
Where your files go
Your images and PDFs are processed in this browser tab and never uploaded.
The page does load Google AdSense (ads; uses cookies and sees your IP address), Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and the pdf-lib library. None of them receive your files. See the privacy policy for details.
